You’re already busy enough as it is. We’ve streamlined our processes to ensure the entire experience is quick and easy. Even our most complex video packages can be broken down into three key stages.
1. Strategy 🎯
Our strategy is all about getting your content to work harder for you. We dive deep into your brand and goals to create a tailored plan that speaks directly to your audience. From identifying key messaging to defining the best platforms and formats, we ensure your video content fits seamlessly into your overall marketing strategy, delivering the impact you’re looking for.
2. Pre-Production 📝
We kick things off with an intro call with one of our producers to get to know your business, the content you need, and your goals.
Your producer will then become your dedicated account manager, putting together a quote and a rough creative proposal to get things moving.
Once you’re on board, we take a 50% deposit to set our in-house team into action. From there, we dive into scripting, storyboarding, and pitching ideas to you.
Once everything’s signed off, we handle the logistics—dates, locations, travel, actors, and anything else needed to make your project come to life.
3. Production 🎬
With dates locked in, scripts ready, and calendars aligned (whether it’s your team or actors on camera), we can shoot anywhere in the world to get the perfect shot.
To keep things budget-friendly, we bring all the gear to you—cameras, lights, and everything needed for a professional shoot.
And when it comes to cameras, we shoot everything on Sony Cinema Line cameras. This gives you maximum flexibility for any creative or technical changes in post-production, whether it’s for Instagram stories or cinema screens—one shoot, endless possibilities.
4. Post-Production 🚀
We love working closely with our clients—so you’re welcome to book a session with one of our editors and help shape the video. Whether in person or through our dedicated software, communication is seamless, and you can chat directly with our editors.
Once the video is picture-locked, we add the final touches—sound design and colour grading—to give it that fresh, polished feel.
